The Questionnaire
In parallel to the membership being invited to participate, a pilot questionnaire
was devised that looked at all aspects of those with LEP. This questionnaire
was tested on 13 members and the results analysed and surveying process examined.
This resulted in some minor modifications in detail but not in principle.
Aspects of information covered in the Survey Questionnaire were:
